We are a Spanish company founded in 2009 after the union of entrepreneurs and professionals in the property sector and the financial sector over 25 years of experience behind them.

Grupo Planetacasa was created to provide a solution to the crisis in the national real estate sector and in response to the needs of customers looking to buy, sell or housing in Malaga, under a working method endorsed by our own experience.

In the last century, real estate based their work on simple marketing a product: estates. With the crisis, real estate were forced to change their business model, from being just intermediaries to be large versatile professionals who had to respond to new customer needs.

These customers in turn also underwent a change in their needs. no longer enough that the real estate agency in the operation intermediase, but should advise fully to the parties from the first moment until after the process has finished.

It was then that real estate agents became professional advisers, having to be trained on issues related to the sector to find the best solution to all the problems and needs of its customers.
