abusers. They charge neither more nor less than 10.000 commission euros. They make you sign blank visiting parts without... put floor address. They don't give you a copy...to trust these people. It has happened to me with Sergio, from the ave Europa branch. The house is located on Miguel Angel street. The owner sells it to 120.000 and planetacasa inflates the price to 130.000 euros. and about those 130.000 euros 3% VAT. A real hoax, when that apartment is idealistically advertised by several real estate agencies, even by the owner himself, 120.000 euros. After a telephone conversation with Sergio, he assures me that they have to charge the buyer for the procedures and that is why they raise the price by a whopping 10.000 euros. What an aggressiveness of this real estate, I do not recommend it at all. As for the visit part, the real estate agency has to provide it to ALL clients, not only those who ask.read more
